SARAS MELA 2025—Registration Open!

Are you ready to showcase your unique and vibrant products to a wide audience?

The Ministry of Rural Development-assisted SARAS Fair is being organized to provide a platform for rural entrepreneurs to promote their products at a national level. "BIHAR SARAS MELA 2025" will be organized by Bihar Rural Livelihood Promotion Society (JEEVIKA), the State Rural Livelihood Mission which invites you to register for SARAS Mela 2025, to be held at Gandhi Maidan, Patna, from 12th to 28th December 2025. We invite Swarojgaris (Paid stall), who is associated with various self-employment activities, to participate in the fair and showcase their products. Interested Swarojgaris (Paid stall) can submit their application in the given link by 30th November 2025 till 06:00 PM. Criteria have to be followed during the Mela period by Applicants:

1. The material produced and displayed should be categorically handmade & genuine.

2. One applicant should fill out only one application.

3. The material to be produced and displayed should be of a specific/unique category and should match the information shared earlier.

4. The material to be produced and displayed does not come in the list of prohibited items.

5. Wrong and incomplete entry of information will lead to cancellation of stall allotment.

Note: - *You need to make the payment only after confirmation of stall allotment, not before that.

Applicants are advised to make any payments only after being officially shortlisted. BRLPS will not be responsible for any payments made prior to this stage."

1. The organizer will have full right to cancel the stall allotment during the fair in case of different facts being presented at the time of verification of the information/product /participant given in the online application.

2. No other application except online will be valid.

3. The documents required for filling out the application: A colour photograph of the applicant, one photograph of the product, an Aadhar card of the applicant, a Physical handicapped certificate (if required) and accompanying participant, participation certificate of the previous Saras Mela should be clearly visible.

4. In case of vague, fake and unclear submission of documents will lead to cancellation of stall allotment.

5. The stall will be allotted for the same product in the category in which the applicant applies. In case of product variation, the organizer shall have full right to cancel the stall allotment.

6. All rights remain with BRLPS (Jeevika) for making any changes pertaining to SARAS mela arrangements and stall management.
