Requisite Documents for Joining: -

Candidates are required to bring the original copies of all the following documents for verification, along with one set of self-attested photocopies for submission at the time of joining.

1. Call Letter (Verified at the Time of Documents Screening)

2. Photo ID Proof (PAN/Aadhar/Voter ID/DL/Passport)

3. Address Proof (Aadhar/Voter ID/DL/Passport)

4. Two Recent Passport Size Colour Photograph

5. Caste / Category Certificate (only for SC/ST/BC/EBC/EWS) applicable only to Bihar state category candidates. In case of BC/EBC Candidates, BC/EBC caste certificate containing the non-creamy layer clause should be valid on the date of joining (issued within one year prior to the date of joining). Caste Certificate must be issued from the level of SDO or above.

6. Domicile / Residential Certificate (applicable only to Bihar state candidates)

7. Divyang Certificate UID-Card (If claimed)

8. FF Certificate (must be issued from the level of DM)

9. Proof of Date of Birth (Matriculation Certificate)

10. Educational Documents:

I. Matriculation Marksheet & Certificate

II. Intermediate Marksheet & Certificate

III. Graduation Marksheet & Certificate (If applicable)

IV. Post- Graduation Marksheet & Certificate (If claimed)

V. Any Professional Degree Marksheet & Certificate

(If applicable for eligibility of the Position)

11. Work Experience Documents (If working)

i) Organizational Experience Letter/Resignation Letter

ii) If Working with BRLPS

Resignation Letter/Organization ID Proof/Last Month Salary Slip

12. A Self-declaration in writing that you will not demand or give dowry.

13. Self-Declaration in writing that you will not consume Alcohol.

14. Medical Fitness Certificate from a registered medical practitioner (Allelopathic/MBBS).

Important Instructions: -

· You will undergo an induction and village immersion immediately after your joining. You should come prepared with necessary arrangements. Your place of posting would be duly communicated to you before completion of induction training.

· No canvasing for desire place of posting will be entertain. It will be treated as an act of indiscipline. Posting place decided as per organization need and policy.

· All certificates will be verified with original documents, therefore, carry all original documents on the day of joining.

Fill in all the required details and bring the duly completed Joining Report, along with all the requisite documents, at the time of reporting for joining. Additionally, please print and bring two copies of the completed (filled-in) Pages 8–11 (FORM - 2 (REVISED), Part - B (EPS) (Para 19), FORM ‘F’, Statement) of the Joining Report.
